Seems the turnaround time on reorders could be faster. The price of one of my medicines just increased so disappointed in that.

Bought bird biotic as part of a heart worm treatment for our rescued terrier. The product arrived quickly, inexpensively, and well packed. I'm very pleased with the product and with this Pet Pharmacy. In fact at the end of May will be reordering more of the product, and look forward to the same excellent service. Great service and quick!

I have had a good experience with individual orders. I had a bad experience when i signed up for automatic delivery. One month the order did not show up. Ultimately the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. But it took multiple contacts. Consequently, I am reluctant to re-instate automatic delivery. I am comparing Allivet to my personal online pharmacy and to Fresh Direct, both of which I have on automatic delivery. Their success rate is 100% in my personal experience. Maybe that is too high a success rate to expect, but then call me spoiled. I am debating whether to give Allivet another try.
