No complaints at all. They promptly contact my vet and always ship right away. Prices are so much less than at the vet which really helps when you have 3 dogs. I have been using them for over two years and have had great customer service every time I order.

Allivet has the best prices and best customer service. They also are diligent about getting Rx confirmations with vets. We get all of our dog RXs and monthly preventatives from Allivet!

I will never purchase from this company again. Ordered Insulin on Monday, received it Tuesday warm (insulin is always shipped cold and has always been shipped cold by Allivet) when I called customer service they quickly said they would re-ship. So Wednesday they re-shipped it for Thursday delivery. We never received it. When I called them on Friday they said they would re-ship AGAIN it Monday so we could receive it Tuesday. When I explained that I had ordered it in plenty of time so my dog wouldn't run out but because of their incompetence twice my dog would be out of insulin for 2 days! They did not care. No care for pets just worried about the policy. No desire to fix the problem. No responsibility for the problem. They just kept repeating the policy over and over. A complete disgrace in customer service and follow through. They blamed UPS but when we called UPS they said that the package had never entered their facility. So it wasn't shipped the second time all. They lost my business forever and at $200/month that is a pretty big loss.
