As much as I like ordering from this company , I tried to order a 3 month supply and they ignored my request and just gave me the answer that they were out of stock on the item. When I finally changed the order to a one month supply which was a much more expensive way to order it , they finally confirmed and mailed the order. The following day , they sent me an email that the 90 day supply was available. I feel this was only a way to draw me back to the website

I have always had great customer service from Allivet, and my orders have always arrived in a timely manner. Most recently, I wanted to write a review, because I had one of my animals pass away. I reached out to Allivet to find out if I could return some products. They were very sympathetic in their response. They refunded the orders to me, and I did not even have to send the product back to them. I believe that this states a lot of great things about the company and their values. Normally, these are not things that we think of, but I do believe that the company should be recognized for helping my family during difficult times. Thank you, Allivet.

If it was possible to give this company and minus rating I would! First of all this is the first and last time I will use this company for ordering a prescription for my dog. My dog is required to take a pill everyday for her skin condition. I ordered the pills early enough so I wouldn't miss a day. That was Aug. 29th. My Vet approved it Aug 30th. However, some how and they don't know how my prescription was flagged to be mailed for approval and not fax approval. I called my Vet to find out what happen, they sent me the approval for the prescription that was faxed to Allivet on Aug 30th. However, when I called customer service, the person on the line "refused" to help me and said that she wouldn't do anything without the "written approval" from the Vet. I asked to speak with a Manager. Unfortunately, the Manager had no idea why the account was flagged. I told her "that's kind of scary we are talking about my dog's health and you don't know why your company won't send me my superscription"? She called my Vet got the correct approval and said see would send it two day air. I was very happy with the outcome. However, if it was sent "two-day" air it would have been here Friday or Saturday. But it is Monday and NO PRESCRIPTION still. I did get an email saying it would be delivered today. Problem ... I've been out of my dog's prescription since Saturday. ONLY ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU "DON'T" NEED YOU PRESCRIPTION ON TIME.

Our vet recommended a pill form of flea and tick treatment, so I ordered the Bravecto for our dogs. I put it on their food and they chewed them up like an appetizer.

I have purchased Flea and Heart meditation for my German Shepherd for the last 3 years. Allivet is has the best pricing and wonderful customer service.
