It was easy to order from Allivet. I like that they told me that they contacted my vet and each day let me know my vet had not responded. That way I could follow up. I will continue to use them for my horses medication that she requires for the rest of her lifetime.

Continuity of superior customer service from Allivet! They are phenomenal. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, friendly, patient and caring. I purchase all my pet medications from Allivet. I have compared their prices to other pet pharmacies......NO COMPARISON! When you place your order, it is processed in a timely manner and shipped out quickly. They are the best!!!! I am a loyal Allivet customer. Unfortunately, they recently discontinued Royal Canin Glycobalance Feline in the can. I have to buy it elsewhere. I do not like doing it and it is more expensive as well. Brandee Arroyo is one the exceptionally outstanding customer service representatives that has assisted me on numerous occasions. I LOVE ALLIVET!

I've used Allivet for several years without problem. However, a product was missing from my last order. I had ordered a quart of fly spray along with 2 containers of Bute powder. I received my order in a large plastic bucket with the Bute containers inside a heavy plastic bag with "Hazardous Material": written on the outside of it. The shipment had no return address; it just said FedEx. It smelled like fly spray, but no fly spray container was in the shipment. I suspect that the box was damaged by FedEx during their handling of the shipment. I do not believe it is Allivet's fault unless they didn't pack the contents correctly. I'll never know. It would have been nice if FedEx had alerted either me or Allivet of the damaged shipment and missing product. I called Allivet to alert them of the issue and they said they would ship out another fly spray quart container. I hope FedEx handles it properly this time!

Allivet was excellent to work with. They shipped the meds quick and worked with the veterinarian on getting the prescription. Best price for the medication. Definitely recommend using Allivet.

This is the best place to shop for all pet needs. I have found lower prices at other places and they will match the price !!!!! I have a dog that needs many things that are twice the price at the Vets and they help me out so much. The service is great and the people that work there are GREAT. If you need anything for your baby's this is the place to shop. Patti
