Great way to take care of your pet and save money......and so convenient!

I had a bad experience trying to return a prescription medication that arrived later than I needed it for my pet. I spoke to customer service two separate times. Both times they told me my request for a refund would be processed and I would receive a credit for the cost of the medication, which is expensive. They also said I would receive an email verifying the conversation and that I was being given a credit. I have not received an email or a refund and it has been nine days. No one told me that the company has a policy of not accepting prescription medications back. I do not plan to use this company again.

I like the way it is so simple to reorder.

Dumbest people I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for two years with no problems. Suddenly they have the wrong vet info on file and even though my vet called them and approved the prescription they still would not send it. Then they admitted their error and issued me a $60 credit. I tried again and after 15 emails and 5 phone calls they still don't have it right and I never got a thing. Go somewhere else because this kind of stupidity is going to harm someone some day.
