I tried 3 times in April to get my email address changed and auto ship to different address. Most associates very nice on phone assured me there were no issues to make the changes. The last associate was very rude and indicated I had only called once two days ago, that my prescription has expired and no credit card was on record. I have been with Allivet for many years with the psame information. Very disappointed with the service. I’ll check tomorrow if my order indeed went through. My puppies need their meds and have been out for 4 days I expedited the order paid &13.95 extra and called my vet to get update on prescription. Here is the rest of the story! Once I was able to talk to a supervisor my whole experience turned around. They overnighted my meds, waived charges for meds and shipping and apologized and provided the customer reps I interacted with additional training! Thank you Allivet for making things right!!
