My last order was perfect, starting with a competitive price and ending with a timely delivery. The order before was not as smooth. Four days after placing the order I had not received notification it had been shipped so I called to be told it would be shipped that day. Two days later when I called again I was told it was out of stock, even though there was not notification on the site, so I was forced to find another source. The next time I placed an order I called and asked if the item was back in stock. Apparently it was in stock in one of the company's warehouses but not the other. It seems my earlier order had been sent to the one which was out of stock so the agent made sure this order was sent to the other.
