We have found Allivet to offer competitive pricing and an easy-to-use order platform. There was only one occasion where an item we have on an auto-ship program was on backorder from their supplier. Note, that this was during the Covid pandemic. Other than the 1 occasion, we have always received our auto-ship items within less than a week.

Love the auto ship!

Allivet has great customer service and a variety of products. I get my dog’s medicines from them. The autoship and points are good money savers especially for pet parents like me with 2 senior dogs and all the high vet and prescription costs that come with age. Thank you!

I have been purchasing my dogs meds from Allivet for several years with no problems. Customer service is always good. The one thing they should change is you cant delete items from your autoship without calling. I don't always have time to call when it would be much easier to do it myself. Other than that I love the company.
