AllivetReviews of allivet.com

Everything is easy!

Easy ordering and fast delivery. The website is easy to navigate and prices are fair- though Maggie's medicine for Addison's disease is expensive.

Allivet advertises free shipping on all orders over $45 but doesn’t honor it. I called them to talk about it and they played like they didn’t understand, made excuses, and then hung up on me. I had been very polite in discussing how their statements on the website doesn’t agree with what their true actions are. Additionally, they offered a $5 discount on auto ship but after they treated me that way I decided to cancel. Alas, you cannot cancel “Autoship?” Online : can sign up for it by web but only cancel by calling them. Bait and switch and then difficult to cancel but finally was able to cut ties. Very shady outfit unfortunately. Run fast and far in other direction and don’t look back! And actually they do offer a cash incentive to review but have a disclaimer saying they don’t pay for reviews and this has to be signed to leave a review. They don’t want honesty.

Always offering great prices, very fast shipments, great customer service

I have never had a problem with Allivet. Agents are very helpful when I have had to call. I had to change address temporarily when I was evacuated due to a fire. No problem

They had what I needed and I was able to get a great discount with auto ship! Quick and easy to order.

Thank you for the courteous employee help and prompt delivery.
