Got my results alot quicker than expected. Since iv cut out the allergens i have so much more energy and dont feel so sick all the time any more.

I found the results from the hair test very Comprehensive and easy to understand The test covered many areas of health giving a good overall direction for applying to your every day life Although I consulted a professional for support and advise this report will be a valuable tool for tailored dietary guidance It is amazing how much the hair can tell us about ourselves and our nutritional and health status the test provides a deeper dive into our constitutional requirements I am very grateful that these tests will complement other tests and inform ongoing treatment applications

Tog flera månader innan jag fick svar. Och sen vet jag inte om jag litar på resultatet heller.. Hade grov c-vitamin brist vilket låter misstänksamt då jag äter mkt frukt och grönt. Hade även folatbrist men på blodprov ligger jag inom referens. Känner inte att jag kan lita på resultatet och kan därför inte rekommendera denna produkt.

Jag har väntat jättelänge på… Jag har väntat jättelänge på resultatet. Det står att man inom 7 dagar ska få svar men jag har nu väntat i 1 månad. Och testet har inte ens levererats till labbet än. ( tydligen ska man få ett Mail när det kommit fram till England, så jag får förmodligen vänta en månad till ) Skitbesviken

DON'T TRUST THIS SERVICE. I ordered the allergy blood test in November with expedited shipping/results. It is now March. I have been in touch with customer service back and forth for over a month and have repeatedly been promised that "the lab has my results" and "they will resend them/re-export them to me immediately". This has never happened, despite repeated attempts to contact and faithful checking of spam/junk folders, nor is it available via my account on the website. Now, after demanding a refund for over 2 weeks, I am still being met with the same responses of "oh you don't want a refund, we will resend the results." Further, no matter what time of day I call, I am told I am first in line but that "phone lines are no longer available." I am beginning to think the customer service is not real people or that this service is a scam. Please do not waste your money.

Dette er en kæmpe scam. Først ventede jeg 3 måneder, da jeg både havde betalt og indsendt min hårprøve med posten til den givne adresse. Jeg fik aldrig svar fra "laboratoriet" (Heller ikke 5 måneder senere.) Derfor bad jeg om et refund i deres LiveChat. Her blev jeg omstillet flere gang til falske "teams" indenfor deres business. Alle gange svarede de, at der ville gå nogle dage, før de ville svare, da min ticket f.eks. var "passed on to the accounts team". Endelig skrev en af deres supporters dog, at der ville gå op til 30 dage, og så ville pengene være tilbage på min konto, hvilket gav mig lidt håb. Nu er der så gået 2 måneder, og jeg har ikke modtaget noget som helst. Håber denne virksomhed bliver lukket og slukket for. Update: Jeg har nu modtaget min refundering, netop en dag efter jeg skrev anmeldelsen på Trustpilot.
