Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the testing. Our testing is validated and a scientifically recognised method of testing for allergies, testing for IgE reactions using the latest in ELISA technology. Please be aware that skin prick/patch testing cannot be compared to blood testing, and different methodology of blood testing cannot be compared with another, especially when completed at a different time. I can see you have left your review today, 26th October, but your tests were completed 4th August. Testing completed at different times and using different methodologies are not comparable. Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your test results. As IgG antibodies can depend on memory, it is common that an item you have consumed recently and regularly is more likely to be detected. Please be aware, intolerance symptoms can take from 10 minutes to 48 hours to display after consuming the food item, making it very difficult to completely rule out a regularly consumed food as a potential trigger. We would recommend completing the elimination diet listed in your report. Your testing was completed at our accredited laboratory following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and it is not possible for us to add an item to your report. Not only would this would be extremely unethical and would go against our quality assurance certification, your results can only report back what your sample shows a raised immune response against during testing. In addition to this, as your report came back with thirteen IgE reactions, your test would not qualify for our no-reaction moneyback guarantee even without the one IgG reaction. Our tests are medically recognised and we operate under strict protocols and audits to ensure we bring the most accurate and quality test results to our customers.
