They were quick to charge my credit card for an allergy test. After 4 days, I used live chat to find out when the test would be mailed. I was informed I would receive an email shortly with an answer. Four more days passed with no email response. Tried to contact them again and there was no live chat available on their site. I called and the phone number would not accept any calls. This went on for a few days. There website is full of links that go nowhere, you can't check tracking. Decided to do a chargeback on my credit card to forego the hassle of trying to contact them. A little research revealed this company is in England. The mailing address is a sleazy postal mailbox in Florida. In the end, you should be aware that this company is a scam, though they make it look official. To save yourself time and money, run away fast from this scammer company.
