The email contains a link to complete and download your digital test submission form. You simply need to print this barcode form and return this to us along with your hair sample. Good Experience - though make sure you check…
Make sure you check that you are ordering a physical kit if you don't want an online-registering kit. With the online kit, you can download the form and instructions, and it works fine. I made an error in my ordering and they fixed is quickly and without hesitation gave me a refund for my mistake. Based on my interactions with the chat online feature too, this is a good and trustworthy company. I haven't had my results yet because the come from UK (I am in Australia) but from my experience so far, I expect it to go well and without issue.
