Never received the test I paid for
Never received the test I paid for. Must be a scam. I didn’t choose the digital option as I paid extra for expedited shipping! I have emailed them but no reply but on here only. Also never got a return email with supposed ‘digital’ test.

The email contains a link to complete and download your digital test submission form. You simply need to print this barcode form and return this to us along with your hair sample. All instructions on how to take, package, and where to send your sample can be found on the test submission form.
