Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration. I’d like to clarify that the product you purchased was our digital test, which does not require a physical kit to be sent to you. Instead, all information and instructions were sent directly via email upon purchase. If you didn’t receive the email with the test instructions, it’s possible that it may have gone to your spam or junk folder. However, we’d be happy to resend the information right away to ensure you can complete the test. Please reach out to us via our 24/7 LiveChat team, and we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we apologise for the confusion. Thank you for sharing your experience — it’s really valuable to hear from someone who’s used our service previously. We appreciate your honest feedback. It’s important to clarify that our test is not an allergy test, and it does not diagnose allergies in the medical sense. Instead, it looks at sensitivities and intolerances, which are different. While allergies involve an immune system response and can be severe, sensitivities tend to be more subtle and related to how the body processes certain items — they may cause discomfort or long-term wellness effects, but not always immediate symptoms. In cases like your son’s with oats, it’s possible for someone to have a mild or developing sensitivity without experiencing obvious symptoms. These results are best viewed as a guide to help identify possible imbalances or stressors, not as a substitute for professional medical advice. We’re continuously working to improve the detail and clarity of the results, and your feedback about the need for more explanation is noted. We’re also glad to hear you’re giving the test another try, and we hope it offers more useful insights this time around — especially in regard to your ongoing headaches. If you’d like further help interpreting your results or have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our 24/7 customer support team. Warm regards, Customer Service Team
