I feel like joining Allara was one of the best decisions I have made for my health. I feel like the providers and nutritionists actually listen to you and empathize with your concerns. They follow up with routine appointments and bloodwork monitoring your progress. I’ve been dealing with Pcos since I was a teenager and within the 15+ years I’ve been dealing with this condition, not once has my gynecologist or the endocrinologists I’ve seen, have bothered to test my insulin. I’m glad my provider here at Allara did because now I know my root cause for all my symptoms and my Pcos. I’ve recommended Allara to a coworker and it’s also going great for her as well. I’ll continue to recommend and follow through with my appointments. Allara has a team of providers and nutritionists that make you feel like they’re with you every step of the way. It’s a great support system. I feel like I’m finally being seen and understood.

I was able to schedule an appointment with an endocrinologist very quickly and on a weekend which was highly convenient! During my appointment I felt listened to and understood. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I was able to make a follow-up appointment very easily and she sent in my labs right away. Highly impressed with the level of care I received and the quickness of it-especially compare to past experiences with other endocrinologists and waiting months just to see one.

1st appointment today with Dr. House! The detailed explanations given addressed all of my concerns. My questions were answered with care and patience. The follow up report from the video appointment was very detailed as well and I love that! My prescriptions were called in fast and I received notification that it was done and I received a prescription discount card. The patient portal is very user friendly. Very satisfied with 1st appointment.

I do not recommend Allara for multiple reasons. The first was the way my initial consultation went with my provider. She started off the call with "what do you need?". I feel like as someone who is starting to try to figure out what is wrong with my hormones I was expecting her to 1) read my intake and 2) explain Allara's practice as a whole and generally what to expect. It felt like she was like "what do you want?" And was dismissive of what I was saying. She then proceeded to throw supplements and general numbers at me which did not feel like a personalized approach and was not expected from my part since no blood work had been done. Additionally, when trying to contact the help desk for help on switching providers to hopefully have a better experience (I hate that you are stuck with the first one you choose) and I have not gotten in contact with anyone.

For once someone believes me AND they did NOT tell me I just have to live with it... and they did NOT tell me it's just part of being a woman. Thank you Allara! Scheduling my appointment was super easy and I was able to be seen virtually the very next day. The intake process was easy in fact I failed to complete the form ahead of time and my provider waited on the line without rushing me to complete the form. My provider validated my experience and gave me a treatment plan. I recommend Alarra Health to all!

They are no different, offering hormone therapy and pushing a nutritionalist. If the meds don't work, you need to schedule another appointment. Lackluster, bot-like attempt at care.

So convenient- plus I felt heard and cared about almost immediately
