So far with my initial appointments with Jasmine and Kendra, I feel good and supported to achieve my goals. They both listen and give me an outline of how the program will go, what support they will provide, and answer and questions I have.

The lack of resources / instructions to go along with the low fod map diet was very disappointing. I already knew about this diet prior to meeting but don’t really feel empowered to actually move forward with the changes that were recommended. The person I met with was nice, but I don’t feel like I am on a path to actually cure sibo which is my goal. I’m in a desperate situation and I don’t feel like I have a tangible path forward given lifestyle constraints

The providers are amazing! I genuinely look forward to my connections with them. Sharon, my nutritionist, is very easy to talk with and helps me to set attainable goals. I am seeing improvements with how I feel, sleep, and my weight loss goals. I have also received great care from Arianna Burton, my doctor with Allara. She took the time to go over all of my lab work, listen to my concerns, and create a care plan for me. Together, I really feel like I have a team who can help me to succeed with my health and wellness goals.
