I have been working with Stephanie Leiva and she always directs me in the right direction after listening to my concerns. She takes her time during your appointment and is very thorough explaining your labs and adjust hormones and or supplements to make them better. It’s been an easy experience.

DO NOT SIGN UP - they advertise that their services are covered by most insurances and so l booked three appointments (and was never once told my insurance "did not cover a nutritionist" for an ENTIRE month even though they ran my insurance) and then I canceled the 4th one and they messaged me to book again and I did not and ONLY AFTER I completely stopped with the booking, did they send three invoices that totaled up to $325 like EXCUSE ME. Nope. Do not sign up for this service. Do not be scammed like I was.

Finally getting my health back under my control thanks to the experts at Allara! For years, I suffered under misdiagnoses and dismissive, outdated responses from practitioners. It wasn't until a friend recommended that I try Allara that things started to change for me. Who knew I'd have endometriosis among other health concerns that my previous providers were just NOT screening for! This experience has taught me that healthcare does not have to leave you feeling guilty and exhausted. The right folks are there and they want to help you.

I felt heard and understood. I wasn’t judged by my weight (other places always contribute my weight to everything wrong) I’m more than just my size and weight and I actually felt NORMAL for once in my life. I highly recommend to any girlies needing help, you will be listened too <3
