This is a business who wants to make money. There is a bias to only look at specific conditions and this is a mistake. They want you to see a dietician before you have results.... because that is more to charge for. If healthcare in general are restaurants, this is the fast food.

I was skeptical to another app/platform that is served to me on socials 1000x times. But as someone that has every symptom they mention, and have only received dull answers from my GP on a treatment plan, I gave it a try. Just finished my first appointment with Madeline Reid and felt heard and in an extremely safe place. Nothing was dismissed or scoffed at, I left with next steps and I wasn't upsold on anything. Straightforward, thoughtful guidance and treatment ideas.

Just had my initial appointment and I feel hopeful about the plan my provider and I put together to address my concerns. My provider was very personable and knowledgeable and I felt heard and understood.

My experience with Allara was anything but convenient. I really gave them a chance too, and practiced extreme patience. I was in a situation where I was desperate for some answers about my thyroid health late Dec 2025. My first appointment was scheduled easily and quickly and the provider was nice. She put me on a medication and ordered more lab work (I’ve been tracking my own lab work for years). However, since then, it’s been nothing but frustration. I committed the horrendous crime of moving to a different state and it was downhill from there. I have been asking since Jan 6th to transfer my care to a new provider licensed in my new state. It’s now March26th and I’m out of medication. They’ve sent me 3 links (after multiple messages and follow ups from me) “to schedule my transfer of care” and none of them showed any appointments / they were empty links, which I communicated to the “concierge” team. It’s dragged out so long and strike 3 lead to me asking them to close my account because I’ll be going to literally any other telehealth company. I joined Allara for convenience during my move (ha ha)…

I had my nutrition intake with Kendra and I love her already. She has a great personality and a sense of humor that makes talking about my frustrations with symptoms much easier!

I LOVE Allara! I had seen and considered it for a solid year before I finally became fed up and overwhelmed with my in-person primary. So I took a leap and it’s been great! Both Kourtney & Candice are extremely knowledgeable, extremely understanding, and their virtual bedside manner is chefs kiss. I wish I could meet with them in person but so thankful they are available through Allara. I finally have found answers to many of the questions and issues I’ve been circling for years! Quite simply, I love it here and I’m thankful!

I had a great visit with a provider who said that she would follow up with a prescription refill after she obtained my lab results. Despite repeated follow ups, I received no response. The Concierge is the only point of contact, and I received only a series of messages indicating that they have reached out to my provider. They would not provide any additional information (not even a status update), and I am now left with no alternative but to pay for a visit for the same issue at another provider. I appreciate the response, but again… Having to go through the concierge to reach my provider was ineffective.

Dr. Addington was very knowledgeable of my concerns with hormonal imbalance.
