The quick response time to inquiries and the availability of appointment times for practitioners is unheard of just using a traditional insurance. They listen and believe you when tell them your symptoms and run specific tests to get real answers. Perimenopause and Menopause symptoms are so varied and start at a unique time for each woman. Doctors working with insurance providers specifically follow a standardized rule book which leads to women being left with little to no help when things begin. Being seen, heard and believed and then helped is what Allara does! If you feel like you have gone to your doctors and had tests and they have no answers try Allara.

After having an appointment with a doctor and having a bunch of blood work done, I was told that my insurance wasn't accepted. My insurance was the same as when I enrolled, if it was a problem, it should have been disclosed up front. Instead, I had an appointment, had a bunch of blood work done which I will be paying for, and was then ghosted. After weeks, I was told that my insurance wasn't accepted but I could do a cash pay option that was over three times the price. Again, the company knew what my insurance was, so if it was a problem, it should have been disclosed before I started the process. It is shady and a money grab.

I started the program in July and only spoke with the doctor twice and haven’t yet spoken with the nutritionist. This program is very slow going and way too spaced out between scheduling time for the doctor or nutritionist. The mechanics of the system needs a lot of work. Not very easy to use and had a difficult time using the scheduling and concierge to assist me in scheduling appointments. So far I’m not happy with the program but I am still willing to give it a try because I care about my health and wellbeing. I am hoping that this program will help since it is filled with doctors who specialize or are very familiar for these types of issues.

My NP left the practice and no one alerted me of it until my dietitian asked me why I didn't have updated labs. I was apparently paying for nothing for about 8 weeks. Additionally, the website/App are horrible. Every single time I attempt to join an appointment, the link is unavailable and it says my appointment is already complete. This has caused me to repeatedly miss appointments that I have taken time off of work to join. Would absolutely not pay for a membership here ever again.
