My chair shipped on time and arrived very well packed. The chair had a great look and very good quality. The only thing I found about this chair it seems to be a little short on your legs when you recline. Customers service was also very good in replying to me when I had question.

The company was great to work with. Delivery was on time, and the assembly of my sofa was easy. The couch was well packaged and arrived safely. They even followed up with a phone call to ask about my satisfaction. I was a little disappointed in the couch itself. It is not as comfortable as I would have liked and is definitely not meant for large people. I love the color and fabric. I just hope it lasts for a few years.

Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. The tv console arrived on time and in good condition. No problems putting it together as the instructions were clear and all pieces labeled. It’s as described and nice BUT it sits way lower than expected. We knew it didn’t have legs but thought it would be a little taller. The drawers are a nice size. We’re keeping it and hanging the tv on the wall instead of using the stand since it’s for our bedroom. It slides to expand the length but we’ll set it and forget it. Would probably not recommend.

I must admit, I was initially skeptical about ordering furniture online without being able to see it in person or sit on it. I wanted two three-seat fabric sofas, but the local stores wanted $ 3,000 to $ 4,000 each, and there was no way I could afford that. When I found Aliving, I loved the price, but my biggest worry was the quality of the construction, the motors, and that the furniture would be "hot" to sit on since it was covered in polyester fabric, which I thought would be like plastic. So I ordered a fabric swatch. The fabric is excellent. You can hold it to your mouth and breathe through it. It does not retain heat. Secondly, I have had other motorized sofas that had composite wood frames, and one of the frames broke just after the warranty period. Aliving uses all hardwood material, and you can tell. The sofa is rock solid. Assembling it is a two-person job, but it is neither complicated nor difficult. In addition, the motors are so quiet that you really can't tell they are running until you feel the leg section lifting. I ordered the sofas on July 31, 2025, and they arrived at my home on August 5, five days later. I have had nothing but compliments from my friends when they see them. I'm looking forward to buying two sleeper sofas and some chairs for my basement as soon as the budget allows. I feel sorry for furniture stores that have to compete with Aliving and have to pay the rent on their huge stores and giant parking lots. That’s the hurdle brick-and-mortar stores face in a digital world, but it’s not my problem.

Exactly what I was looking for. The only thing that would have been better is if it also rocked. It was a 3rd of the price of the Stressless chair I have and very comparable. Quick shipping and so easy to assemble. Love it. Thank you.

The recline controls and charge ports would have been better placed on the outside of the armrests rather than inside. The controls are very awkward to manipulate while seated or reclined.
