I ordered a leather couch. Seems like all vinyl to me. The stitching is easily comes out. Oh well.

Hi lisa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused by your leather couch. To clarify: - To maintain the sofa’s shape over time, we selectively use durable PU leather on non-contact surfaces like the back and sides. But you can be sure that all contact surfaces of this leather couch are crafted from genuine top-grain leather. - We take the stitching quality issue you raised with the utmost seriousness. To help us investigate and improve, could you kindly share close-up photos of the affected areas at [email protected]? This will allow our quality control team to diagnose the specific cause. We'll carefully analyze your photos and implement an appropriate resolution. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us directly to continue the conversation.

The sofa table arrived quickly and was well packaged. Assembly instructions were good and the process was easy, taking about 45 minutes. My criticism would be more towards the final product. Gaps were inconsistent and the drawer guides were not smooth in operation

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that the delivery, packaging, and assembly process met your expectations, and we appreciate your kind words about these aspects. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the final product. Inconsistent gaps and drawer operation are certainly not the level of quality we aim to deliver. Our support team is already reaching out to you to gather more details. Once we receive your response, we’ll escalate this to our quality department for thorough investigation and improvement. We appreciate your patience and hope to restore your confidence in our products.

Way too heavy for coffee table. Wish not ordered.
Response from Aliving HomeJul 16, 2025
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologize that the weight of your coffee table did not meet your expectations. However, the weight you experienced is often a reflection of the solid materials and sturdy construction we use. This ensures the table is not only beautiful but also highly stable and safe, especially in homes with children or pets, minimizing the risk of tipping. We truly regret that this aspect of the table has caused you dissatisfaction. We'd love to explore potential solutions to address your concerns in the future.

I received my new Alving Home Sofa on 07-07-2025. I am 5'10", 179 lbs, and I cannot get comfortable on this sofa. There is no head support, and if reclined, from my calf muscles to my feet are not supported. Adjustable headrests are the solution. Clever advertising does not expose these two major flaws. Form follows function!

Hi Tim, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback about your recliner sofa. We truly value your input, as it helps us continuously improve our products to better meet our customers' needs. We’re sorry to hear that the current design doesn’t provide the comfort you expected, especially regarding head support. For your reference, our massage version of the sofa does include adjustable headrests and enhanced support features, which might better align with your preferences. If you’d like, we’d be happy to explore options for you—please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] The Classic Version currently does not support a headrest because its zero wall reclining design is incompatible with headrest mechanisms. However, based on valuable feedback from customers like you, our product development team is already working on an upgraded version of the Classic sofa that will include headrest compatibility—providing taller individuals with the proper head and neck support they need. Again, we appreciate your candid review and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
