Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your chair. The recliner should definitely sit upright at a 90° angle, so we’d love to take a closer look — please feel free to send us photos or a short video at [email protected] so our team can assist you right away. On a brighter note, we’re excited to share that our Neck & Head Support Pillow will be launched tomorrow! 🎉 It’s specially designed to provide extra comfort and support for your head, neck, and waist — a perfect match for your recliner. The page isn’t visible on our website just yet as we’re finalizing details, but it’ll be available very soon.
