I went with ALIGNERCO because they offered the most affordable at-home clear aligner treatment for straightening teeth. I received the results I wanted with no issues or problems, all from the convenience of my home. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend ALIGNERCO to anyone who is looking for an easy way to straighten their teeth and achieve a smile they are truly proud of!

I’ve spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with these people. They are dishonest and deceptive. I started treatment with them. And they said my treatment plan would be four months. I got ten aligners. That you wear for ten days each. That’s 100 days. Slightly over 3 months. I bought the aligners and agreed to make monthly payments. Because they said they could have my teeth straight in four months. I’m getting married this month. And wanted to have the treatment complete by the time I get married. The treatment plan with their competitors bite was six months and when I started treatment, I was about five months away from getting married so I went with alignerco because of the four-month treatment plan. At no point when you’re signing up, do they tell you they will not send you all your aligners until you’re seven or eight month payment plan is complete even I called originally and ask them about it and they told me originally that all of the aligners would be shipped out immediately once they were fabricated so I went ahead place the down payment and made payments faithfully every month for months never being late two months before I get married I realize I don’t have the rest of my aligners and I contact them on the phone. Their customer service is terrible. Absolutely terrible that a loan I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t survive business because of their terrible customer service one person says one thing another says another thing, and nobody knows what anybody else says . When I try contacting them, they start arguing with me on the phone and telling me that no we didn’t tell you that you had a four month treatment plan. We told you that you have a six month treatment plan despite the fact that I have a piece of paper that says four months treatment plan on it from them the payment plan is six months total usually six or seven months, depending on how the dates work out so they change their story to fit with the payment plan and Andrew their manager argues with me unprofessionally and repeatedly tells me I’m wrong that they did not tell me it’s a four month treatment plan even though I have a piece of paper in my hand from them that says it’s a four month treatment plan also despite the simple math that he knows they sent me 10 aligners or they were supposed to send me to the lighters and the aligners go for 10 days each. Obviously if you do the math that’s 100 days total so I’m not sure how he gets six months out of 100 days but your call them they won’t call you back They’ll tell you one thing and do another. This is an absolutely terrible company. My teeth did not even get straight when I talk to them about my teeth not being straight they now tell me that we can’t fix everything perfectly but you can pay us more and will do some extra liners just to get them a little bit straighter for you. When you begin treatment with them, they do a smile projection and they show you what your teeth will look like when the treatment plan is done they don’t tell you at any point that it could not look like this they give You , the 3-D image ask you to approve it and at the end of the treatment when your teeth do not look like that, they tell you that they can make them look like that if you pay them more money to get more aligners, this company is deceptive. They won’t keep up with their word stay away from this company stay away the liners break, extremely easily extremely easily, and just chewing can break your liner. My first liner broke within two days of having it and they won’t replace them for free. You have to buy more stay away from this company save your money you’d be better off if you just got a plastic Coke bottle and molded it to your teeth and hope for the best.

I loved the alignerco. I had 15 retainers. They worked my teeth are straighter never smiled so big in all my pictures I can smile with my teeth now and not be self conscious. It was easy to get a hold of someone to ask questions too.

Highly recommend their aligner quality and price. I had Smile Direct Club first but it didn’t work out due the aligners were too thin and didn’t trimmed well, either cut my tongue or my gum and the worst part was they were too tight and the 2nd and 3rd aligner cracks in a few days, so 4th could not fit but they didn’t give back any solution for 3 months so I had dispute and got my money back. After that I contacted Aligner Co and explains my issues with SDC, and I was told they can fix my concerns. Everything went fast and smooth, when received my aligner I saw the material were different then SDC, much more sturdy and I was completely surprised that it felt so comfortable right after I put them on. I had 13 sets and non of them ever cut my gum or tongue. and I am still wearing the retainers while sleeping it’s been 2 years and they last. highly recommend!!!!

So far, I am very happy with Alignerco. Communication has been consistent and prompt. The first time I tried the impressions, I messed them up. So, I decided I wanted the video consult for help doing my impressions. That was so easy and it worked really well!
