Alignerco honors their commitments I did have trouble with my impressions, and had to send multiple sets. I do think that part of the problem was not with my impressions but only due to the odd tooth shape of my son's teeth. On recommendation from a local orthodontist, we decided to do traditional braces (mostly due to 1 tooth in the front that was severely out of place and there was concern it could be pinched and lost). I was able to cancel my order and receive a refund minus the cost of the impression kit(s). The company seems legitimate and their smile preview is very helpful. I am about ready to order aligners for myself from them, and I will report back on my experience once I've actually gone through the full process. Ele has taken my chats and worked on my issues multiple times, and she is doing an excellent job!

Quick Reply ! I finish the payment. Then I saw nightadvantage have Impression kit, But my cart also have one more impression kit. So I message to Alignerco asked the problem. The staff helped me solve it quickly and gave me a refund withn minutes .

I’d like to mention the Customer Service of Alignco. I considered other companies, and even ordered the initial kit from another company…but had bad experiences with those companies even before I had committed to their aligners. I had a couple of issues with the Alignco kit (I needed different size trays) and they were able to help me through chat, and followed up by email. They answered all of my questions very quickly and were very helpful and prompt in their responses. I have not yet received my aligners yet, so I plan on updating my review to confirm their customer service is responsive and prompt. So far, I have been very impressed by the company and have no reason to expect any change in that service
