I chose AlignerCo because the price was so much more affordable than other clear aligner companies, and I really liked that it didn’t require in-person dentist visits. So far, my experience has been great! My kit arrived on time and everything was well-organized. The video session was especially helpful—the specialist guided me step by step through making my impressions and answered all of my questions, which gave me confidence in the process. Overall, I’m really happy with my choice and excited to continue my treatment with AlignerCo.

Editing original post to reply to alignerco: No one even replied to my last email requesting a new retainer. If you can have someone reply asap that would be great. My last tray is about to wear out and I am left without the retainer that I paid for and worried by the time you guys actually address this (IF you actually address this), my teeth will have relapsed. Where to start. I finally finished my last tray with them and my teeth are not where the projection showed they would be. When I contacted them, they said it's okay because at least it's 80-90% of where is should be. They wanted me to pay another $250 to get them to where the projection said they would be. I said it's fine, just leave them where the are and send a proper retainer. The original retainer that they sent me hurt like hell when I put it on. I thought it was good cause I thought maybe it's pushing the teeth the last bit where they should go. NOPE! Pushed them totally out of place. It freaked me out to wake up the next more to crooked teeth!!! When I contacted them about getting a proper retainer, they told me it will cost me another $139 FOR THEIR MISTAKE! So I have useless retainer, I'm now a month past when I should be using my last tray and I have no retainers so my tray (that I've been using as a retainer) is going to give out soon. I really wish I didn't go with them. I feel totally screwed and will now have to go to a proper dentist and pay way more for them to make me a proper retainer. My experience until the last tray was not terrible. But I'm in disbelief that they would leave a customer like this. My bite is even off. My jaw doesn't close all the way. I told them that and they just said well sometimes it happens and you need more trays. So, don't expect to pay the initial fee they tell you. It's to get you in the door and then you gotta pay a ton more to get what they tell you you'll be getting to begin with.

They sent my Aligners to MN to someone else when I live in NJ! Totally UNACCEPTABLE. This is after an extensive delay and going in person for the impressions in Hicksville, NY - which is a warehouse (not a clinic btw). At this point I am beginning to develop doubts on my decision!
