Ordered March 3 , didn’t receive the aligners until August 10. The process is confusing. They were poorly made

If you need any help from Alignerco, ask for Elaine Kelley! She went above and beyond to resolve our concerns. We ordered aligners back in 2022, but I couldn’t find any email associated with our order. Elaine never put me on long holds and always called me back within a reasonable timeframe with clear answers to all my questions. She even managed to locate all of our account information just from a few pictures and a name, which is something at least three other representatives before her couldn’t do. She was super efficient and professional! Elaine truly went the extra mile and absolutely deserves a raise!
