Good experience

This whole process is taking too long! The assistant that helped me when I was going through the process of getting my implants done was very short with me at times and was very pushy and I was getting frustrated. I will not refer anyone I know to this company, too many steps in your process! I just want my aligner so I can get done what I set out to do and that is straighten my teeth. At this rate I should have paid the money that I was trying to save and go the long route.

Noor Quin was the representative that assist made today. She was excellent with the instructions she gave. Even adding a personal touch that made the process a little easier. She displayed much compassion, especially when I had quite a bit of discomfort in trying to hold the trays in my mouth. She went over and beyond to ensure that I would not have to make a second set, especially since I had so much difficulty with the first one. I’m very grateful for the assistance she provided, because there is no way I could’ve done this by myself. Thank you for being so thorough and assisting in getting my impressions made.
