My Alignerco experience has been very great so far! Customer service has been great and their response time is very quick. I did the video session with Harry for my impressions and he was very informative and helpful! I will be recommending Alignerco to my friends!

Jennifer Walker helped me set-up my aligners etc. We had a detailed call, and she explained all the steps fluently. I was able to do everything with no issues. The communication of these employees is amazing.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid my money back in January and now August 2025 still no moulds or aligners. Was so unhappy!!!! James their Customer Service specialist worked to resolve the issues and I did finally receive all my aligners in fall 2026. I must say once received they fit perfect and much better construction quality of materials than Smile Direct Club. On step 10 of 18 and looking forward to finally achieving the smile I was hoping for!

I had my son make a video appt after he tried making impressions on his own unsuccessfully. Jennifer W was able to guide him properly so he would get good impressions. She took her time with him, and now we are ready mail back 2 sets of impressions. He had braces before, but his teeth moved back quickly. We decided on Alignerco based on price and how the client receives treatment. So far they have been helpful, communicating mostly thru email. Only thing I will mention is the time- once you receive the impression kit make a video appt right away. We purchased at the end of June and did not request the appt until after failed attempts of making impressions ourselves. It's now mid-August and we are just mailing the impressions back. We may not get the aligners until September.

My experience with Laila was excellent. She was patient with my process, explained everything in detail, and took the time to guide me. I'm very grateful for that.
