DO NOT buy into the pre-loaded benefit medical card. You will not be reimbursed the money you paid into the card if you leave the company. In my case it’s HEB. I read their disclosures front to back, it does not disclose that your money will be forfeited to the company if you leave the company you work for. Customer service is an absolute joke, the woman laughed at me when I told her the money is not a ‘benefit’ like she stated. It was my money that I payed into the account every week for half the year. If I had the money I’d take these people to court and sue them. They are robbing middle/lower class citizens.

Giving 1 star because they won't let me give zero. This company is HORRIBLE. Their customer service is anything but helpful, and they have zero empathy for any troubles THEIR mistakes cost you. They told me I would get a lump sum distribution from an old 401(k), but instead they arbitrarily deposited into an IRA that I DID NOT CHOSE, with a company that I DID NOT CHOSE. And if I want to get a distribution from said IRA it's going to cost half of my money in stupid, useless fees. If you use them, change now! If you are considering using them, look elsewhere!

This "company" doesn't deserve a single star. They are horrifically incompetent, woefully useless and possess the customer service skills of a donut. They repeatedly lose your paperwork, then send nasty little emails (that you can't respond to) saying they never received it, then give you a 15 day deadline to resubmit. It's nearly impossible to get a live person when you call, but on the off chance you do get a human being on the other end of the line, they'll tell you something in stark contrast of what the last person told you. And demand more paperwork. I can't help but wonder if my employer outsourced to "Alight" to handle our FMLA as a means to deter employees from utilizing our leave benefits. It certainly feels that way.

Absolutely ridiculous company!! Beyond frustrated with them!! Had to call on at least 7 different occasions with hold time to speak with someone being over 2hrs each time! Absolutely no empathy for a mistake on their part and nothing being done to rectify their error!! Tried to speak with a manager only to be told they only have supervisors who refuse to offer any solutions. I wish I could give less than 1 star as I have never dealt with such horrendous service in my whole life.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life! Automated phone service flat out doesn't work, verification system doesn't work, agents are unapologetic. Just horrible and don't deserve even 1 star.

This company is terrible to deal with. When I submit a claim to my HSA account it is impossible to get paid. I always have to call and spent over half an hour trying to get the charge fixed.

This company is terrible! Every time I went to a physician and used my hsa account, 2 or 3 months later Alight would require I send them an itemized receipt or they would lock my account. Thankfully the company I work for had so many complaints about Alight they switched to another company to handle hsa/fsa. The new company is wonderful. Alight customer service is rude also.

I concur with every 1 star rating on this site. This company is horrific. Trying to get your 40k rolled over takes an act from god. These people are inept and couldn't find their collective asses with their own hands. The faster I can get my money from these clowns, the better.
