I took a personal trip to China. They arranged everything. I was met at the airport by my guide and driver. I did and saw everything I had asked for; including arranging a tea at my hotel (which I hosted for Chinese, English teachers).. The hotel chosen was upscale and very pleasant, as a woman traveling alone I felt safe there. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the meals were pre-ordered at the restaurants and homes I ate at. My food allergies and tastes and preferences were not taken into account.

Your representation was was not honest. This was a trip that I waited all my life to take. When there, 2 out of the 3 days were on islands that had nothing but few plants and lizards. The amount of money I paid to be taken to islands with nothing on it! It was shameful! Upon my return I was told that the demand for access was great and that the Gallopogus environmental agencies have to limit the number of people coming. You should’ve inmformed me, an honest upfront talk about what was possible. Instead you shuttle my husband and I to rocky islands, a waste of time and money. No, I do not recommend your services.

Great experience related to the Tour of Peru, including Lima, Cuzco, Matchu-Pitchu, Lake Titicaca, Coastal Hotel Libertador. Excellent guide, Prof. Lolo, extremely educational and a lot of fun overall!

We've used A+R for years now and use them exclusively for all of our unique and private guided tours. Whether it was Russia, Peru, Japan, Thailand, Egypt, Jordan, Cambodia, China or Italy, all expectations were met or exceeded. Wouldn't consider anyone else to handle our travel arrangements.

I have enjoyed traveling with Alexander & Roberts during 5 different tours To various parts of the world. Each tour covered the most important places. The guides are excellent, the hotels have been very centrally located and walking distance to venues of touristic attraction and history. And one of things that I love is that the groups are small (no more than 16 persons). Everyone at Alexander & Roberts office specially Melanie Delworth is so amazingly helpful. I always recommend Alexander & Roberts to my family & friends

I have used General Tours and then Alexander + Roberts several times from 1982 to the present and have always found them to be an excellent company. I like the tours they offer, the extra options, the guides they use, their service, etc.
