Excellent. Traveled with them twice.

Recently booked our 4th and 5th tours with A + R - same prompt responses and attention to detail in finalizing our tour.

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the pacific northwest. We had six people on the pretour going down the coast of Oregon, we were very diverse but became bonded! Our tour guide Tom was excellent, he was up for anything. The riverboat portion of the trip was very relaxing and unlike any other riverboat cruise I have taken. My only criticism would be that the town where we stopped were really small and hardly worth the visit. I must admit that I live In Chicago and love the hustle bustle of a large city. Crew was very accommodating and friendly, I enjoyed the entertainment.

I have only had experience booking a trip. Haven't had any other dealings with them so far. Looking forward to further support from them and a wonderful trip

What a wonderful experience I had with Alexander & Roberts. Of course, the big things were amazing...great hotels, great guides, great experiences. But the little things also made such a difference and were above and beyond what any other company would offer and do. I highly recommend them and have done so, and will definitely use them again.

Very professional service!!

Wonderful trip to Peru with Alexander Roberts. best tour company I’ve ever experienced !

We used General Tours a number of times in the past. However, we have not used them since they were re-named. The tours were nice but, in our opinion, not at the same level as Tauck who we use several times a year.
