Alexander + RobertsReviews of alexanderroberts.com

Had a great time and great food. Wish the bar was open a little more on the top deck.

I was very pleased with Alexander & Roberts’ attention to details. Upon arrival at the Southeast Asia airport, a representative identified himself and assisted us in getting our Visas and got us through customs quickly and trouble free.

I have been traveling with Alexander and Roberts for over 25 years, starting back when the company was known as General Tours. And even with the re-branding, the company remains committed to excellent service and great tours, many of which feature unique travel experiences. Sure, they have the standard tours to destinations around the world, but, what captivated me and keeps me a loyal client is their more unusual and unique travel experience- the "off the beaten path", their use of unique and boutique properties that enhance the local cultural experience, the opportunity to experience local life (such as the trek through the ethnic villages and interacting with the local villagers on their Hill Tribes of China and Vietnam tour). And over the years I have come to enjoy working with their staff and to make use of their concierge service.

Trip to Russia was interesting but not as eventful as other scheduled tours taken. The guides were informative. The lodgings were great. We were disappointed that the guides did not have dinner with us at all-especially the first night we arrived. We would have appreciated more exposure from the guides to Russian culture-not just the museums and points of interest. There were 2 scheduled lunches which were good. Some of the days were long with no snacks or lunch arranged. We had to request times to use the restroom at times. Overall, we were disappointed with the tour based on the total cost we paid. I would not recommend this tour based on its current itinerary.

Best travel experience of my life. Excellent responsive staff.

A truly wonderful trip to India. Excellent hotels, a terrific driver from Delhi to Udaipur and V good local guides.

They do a wonderful job from booking, to hotels and guides, to itineraries. I know my clients are in good hands and getting the best tour I can provide for them.

We really enjoyed our trip to Japan with A & R. Our guide was exceptional and the pace was good.
