DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP JUNK Product... Looking at the reviews - tell me all I need to know? STAY AWAY Called Customer Service today because a bracelet that I got as a gift (at a corporate event) has tarnished and broke. Yes - I did say it was a gift - this is the key. Why the heck would I have a receipt? I was told without a receipt - there is NOTHING they can do. I've had the bracelet for less than 6 months. The price point on their garbage product is cheap for a reason, it doesn't last and you can't get it replaced if it fails, so I guess they think you will repurchase. NO WAY will I ever repurchase from Alex and Ani. Great business model.

My mother has so many Alex and ani bracelets I decided to get her one for Mother’s Day, hit place Order and it sent me back to change an address as it didn’t match my billing address. But it was a gift so anyway I refilled it out hot place order again and same thing. My husband told me to stop as they may have charged the card. SURE ENOUGH $60 WAS CHARGED FROM HIS DEBIT CARD. Without the order even going through?? I emailed them immediately they got back to me the next day after I sent them the screenshot from my bank account, they asked for the first and last on the debit card so I felt hopeful, HOWEVER!!! I replyed and that was over a week ago now!!! I sent them 4 emails since and nothing whoever tori b. Is she’s terrible will never make this mistake again. BE VERY CAREFUL DURING CHECKOUT!!! I waited over a year before sending in a review. I wanted to wear my bracelets many times before giving a true review on how they hold up. I'm so disappointed. They are horrible and cheap!! I take very good care of all my jewelry. The Alex and Ani bracelets are all turning colors with the metal peeling. Not just one but all eight of them. If Alex and Ani are not aware of this problem, they should be. If they truly stand behind their product, a warranty longer than the 60 days should be offered. These make wonderful gifts and I loved wearing them but never again. Family and friends have also experienced the same problem.

I'm choosing to give Alex and Ani 3 stars BECAUSE customer service is very very good! I have spoken with Kristy twice now, and she has been nothing but helpful and honest. HOWEVER, I was torn between a 2 and 3 because the product I got was HORRIBLE quality. When I tell you it broke not even within a minute of me having it... I'm not lying. I was so upset that I called them sobbing on the phone because it was a birthday present from my boyfriend. They immediately sent out a replacement when I sent them photos of the necklace in 2 pieces. Another reason I am not rating them higher is that for another product I ordered I chose 2-day shipping (which was an extra 10+ dollars) and they never even shipped it from the warehouse! So when I was supposed to get it 4 days ago, I still have yet to recieve an update. I called today to ask them where it is, and when they informed me it never shipped, they accommodated me with next day shipping and refunded me my money from the 2-day shipping.

I’ve ordered twice and had issues with my orders arriving each time. This past time, I even paid to have my order expedited. My order still has not shipped out. This will be the LAST order from me, unfortunately. Beautiful products - but at this rate, I should just order from some small sketchy site and receive my products in the same time frame as a site I believed to be “reputable”.

I placed a order 3 days ago,paid for 2 days express shipping, my order never came. So I emailed them, no reply for 24 hours, so I decided to call. The representative I spoke with told me they having problems with shipping and they advise that on their website. I told her, no you didn't, if so it must have been put there, after I placed my order, she replies oh it was there ma'am. My response to her was," so your telling me what I saw, 🤨 and why would I pay for express shipping if I saw this so call notice,that doesn't make sense". Just rude and unprofessional!!

I absolutely loved my order with Alex and Ani. I received four pieces of jewelry and each was individually wrapped in a box with nice packaging. I am highly impressed by the quality of the jewelry and I am so in love with the items I got!

I had purchased a Ring from Alex and Ani from the Thousand Oaks, CA location last year for my sisters for Christmas and had a wonderful customer service experience however the ring snapped in half in not even a few months of possession.
