I used to love Alex and Ani. I have several bracelets from years ago. I just purchased a bracelet and was highly disappointed. The quality haas gone down hill. The bracelet looks and feels like cheap plastic. It is also smaller in size compared to my older bracelets.

I purchased an adjustable birthstone ring this November . I've noticed one of stones is gone. This jewelry is not that cheap that this should have happened and so quickly. Disappointed!!

I have collected Alex & Ani bracelets for years, thinking I could one day pass them on to my niece/grandchildren. Their styles & designs are wonderful. HOWEVER, for the price they charge, they really could make a bracelet that doesn’t almost immediately start to tarnish. I store them in an air tight box, keep them dry (skin is not dry however & has natural oils etc so it’s impossible to keep them 100% bone dry while you wear them) & follow all of their so called care instructions, but they still tarnish. Every. Single. One. I’m going to try Pandora this year & see if they are a better investment. Sorry to say, Alex & Ani are junk. Not worth the money. Do better Alex & Ani.

The quality has gone downhill but then it wasn't that great to begin with. The latest silver bracelet I got felt stiff and hard to adjust. The charms were fine but the metal is less flexible and you can tell they switched to less expensive metal. I will never buy these new again - you can get practically brand new ones for cheap on other sites like Poshmark, ebay and Mercari. They are not worth much once you take the tag off and wear it. Not quality silver or gold, just a lot of clever marketing around "positive energy" and the fact they're made in the USA. They tarnish so easily that if they were made in China you'd think they were dollar store items.

I have an Alex and Ani bracelet that was given to me last year for Christmas that I loved. So I thought it would be great to gift it to my friends this year. I ordered early so that I can make sure it was nice enough to give as gifts, thank goodness I did. I had to order online because the stores are all closed. Unfortunately the 3 necklaces I purchased don't look anything like the picture.. very thin, flimsy and look tarnished already. Granted I got them on sale, but that shouldn't change the quality. The packaging looked like something from the dollar store, put in small plastic bags, I thought at least they'd be in a marked Alex and Ani box or pouch. I also purchased the $35 wonder woman bracelet, this one was beautiful.. but.. bent.. as if someone tried to squeeze it to size. I'm stuck with my purchases because it's too much of a hassle to return by mail and wait for a refund in order to re purchase..even if I wanted to. I'm disappointed to say the least.

I placed a order 3 days ago,paid for 2 days express shipping, my order never came. So I emailed them, no reply for 24 hours, so I decided to call. The representative I spoke with told me they having problems with shipping and they advise that on their website. I told her, no you didn't, if so it must have been put there, after I placed my order, she replies oh it was there ma'am. My response to her was," so your telling me what I saw, 🤨 and why would I pay for express shipping if I saw this so call notice,that doesn't make sense". Just rude and unprofessional!!

I was so disappointed in the product and customer service. I have about twelve bracelets. The silver bracelets are fine; however I’ll never buy a gold or gold plated bracelet again, or any bracelet for that matter based on the customer service. I contacted customer service and I was told that they just tarnish over time. These bracelets are not cheap and that is an unacceptable result. When I contacted the company I was told they are only warrantied for a year. I still have the original boxes and took good care of my bracelets. I’m very disappointed.

Most of the bangles we have bought look like they are chipped away. So disappointed for a product that is not cheap. My daughter bought me mother of the bride last year and I'm too scared to wear it.
