I wish I would have checked trustpilot before placing an order. Looking at the reviews, completely agree. Not what it used to be, get either an automatic “sorry for your experience” or no response at all when reaching out. I ordered an engraved bracelet with a gift box…they sent an empty gift box. Have not received a response from them. Ten plus years ago, it was a great company. Just awful now.

This company is not what it used to be. Order placed a month ago and UPS tracking says it’s been stuck at a hub for two weeks now going on three. Absolutely no communication from the company about that is happening (except failing marketing ads) and no chat option. Bought this as a birthday gift this week for a friend and I have no hope of receiving it in time, if ever. Will never order from them again.

I received someone else’s order. I sent a message to customer service and was notified I would get a response in 24-48 hours. Followed up twice and finally 5 days later got a response which included a link to return items from my order. They aren’t getting the fact that I have no items from my order and there is no where to show what I’m returning and get credited for the correct amount. There is no option to request the replacement for the orders I didn’t receive, option to get a refund, without sending what I didn’t receive back to oblivion for more useless responses when I don’t get my original order ! No customer service chat or telephone number. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY IF SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT !!!

I had a shipping order error and customer service assured me through a screenshot that the shipping address was corrected before the item was even shipped. Then the order was returned due to no address found now I can’t get 1 response from customer service about a refund and I know they have received the item back I will be disputing this this is absolutely ridiculous it’s been well over 48 hours for a response also

I should have read the reviews before I ordered, but I never thought twice since I have a few pieces from years ago and never had an issue. I ordered a soccer necklace for a year end gift for my daughter. I ordered it because it said 5-9 business days, even if shipping internationally (expedited, duties paid shipping). It has been 3 weeks and I have not received my order or received any shipping information other than “label created”. I contacted them by email, received the automated response “we will respond in 24-48 hours”. My response came 4-5 days later, and didn’t actually answer my questions. Instead they all of a sudden mentioned shipping delays due to a warehouse change but said my order had shipped and provided me the tracking number. The same number I already questioned that had no updates since label created and when I click the number it says invalid. I wrote back specifically mentioning this…crickets. I have written again demanding a refund or clear communication on where my order is or I will make a claim with the Better Business Bureau. It’s shocking to me the reviews are this bad and they are still in business. I guess they are still having success in ripping people off?!

This customer service stinks; never buy from this company on line they take your money and don’t deliver tge product— not at all user friendly just a bad company to deal with on line , I placed an order and they took my money but never said item was out of stock— maybe a social media awareness

I had ordered gifts for a graduation with expedited shipping and the items ordered arrived three weeks late and despite contacting customer service, I didn't received any customer service or a reasonable response. I at one point asked them to cancel the order and refund since it was already extremely late, where they ignored my request.

Terrible customer service. It's taken weeks to ship. Now they are not responding to emails. Also no effort to help me cancel my order. I'll be disputing the charge on the CC. RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS COMPANY
