First at all the shipping service was fast as it can be. I got a super clear idea where to expect my sunglasses to be delivered. That's a plus considering how long everything takes to deliver these days. Then, the sunglasses !! Ordered an $1800 leather jacket October 5. A week later emailed for an update on shipping and tracking. No response. Emailed again. No response emailed again and finally got a response that they’re so sorry for the delay and I’d have the jacket by Friday. On Friday I emailed again to no response . It’s now October 23, still no response, and no jacket. Terrible customer service that is completely unacceptable, specially from what’s supposed to be a luxury brand.
