FASHION LABReviews of alessandrovasini.com

Excellent service! The boots I ordered came super quick and now that i have them here they look amazing. The quality is great, i felt very taken care of throughout the process and I recommend for anyone looking to purchase a fashion piece, to look towards Alessandro Vasini.

The status of my order has not changed since last week... I have tried several times to contact customer service. But I have no answer from them...

I bought a pair of Alessandro Vasini boots for my husband, and he loved them. I was a bit afraid since he is a boots collector, but everything worked out really well. They kindly advise me on his size and shipping was as fast as I needed since it was our anniversary gift. For sure, he'll become a customer.

The boots Vasini sent to me were unfortunately much too small but until now I got no chance to return the delivery, I wrote an email how I could send the boots back but got no answer. Bad service, now I got a big problem because I spent about EUR 600,- for boots in a wrong size and don't know what to do with them.

I just purchased the most beautiful pair of tan suede Texas Harness Boots, and I am thrilled with them!!! The boots arrived 1.5 days after the order was placed, which was much faster than expected. I am a true size 45 shoe, and the boots fit incredibly well! The quality is impeccable and very comfortable. This was my first Alessandro Vasini purchase, but I will definitely be buying more pieces shortly!!

I bought Alessandro Vasini Italian boots, and they're super nice. The leather feels top-notch, and they look stylish. Plus, they arrived really quickly, which was great. Customer service was helpful when I had questions. Good buy overall!

This company is thieves. I sent their pants back to them months ago and have not received my refund. I have sent multiple emails. Now, this company has their product back and my $350+ dollars. ALESSANDRO VASINI are crooks

I have never been more ignored as a customer. I have wanted to return a pair of jeans for 4 months now and they simply do not respond to my simple request for a returns label. It is disgusting given how expensive $$$ the jeans are. Disgraceful. Do not go to this company.
