Difficult to communicate due to time lines between Australia & America. But was eventually all organised & did respond to questions & requests.

I sent an email asking what the difference between two classes was - and I did not receive a reply. I have seen adverts for various other cruises, offering at least 2 bonuses for the cruise, but I have not received anything.

Excellent. We have used AlaskaCruises once before and will be using them again for another cruise in August. Janetlynne Hood has been very helpful. We are senior citizens and she was excellent. We would definitely use her again if we take another cruise.
