Heidi in Alaska cruises made me feel like I could trust her. she is very well versed. lara spaid

My dealings with Alaska Cruises so far has been initial enquiries and bookings. Was impressed with effiency and professionalism of my booking agent. I am yet to actually go on my trip but if my dealings so far are anything to go by - it should be a memorable one.

Robin was great!! Helped us plan our vacation and we would use her again!!

Our agent, Alena, is available, reliable, and looks out for the customer's best interests, not her own. She puts you on the trip best for you and your budget and does not try to upgrade you to help her commission. We will book all our trips with Alena and Alaska cruises.

Holly was very good with helping us book our cruise this is our first time booking great service

I have asked a few questions and AlaskaCruise.com came back with a few computer generated answers that answer one or two of the questions, and fail to answer the others. One of my questions was not remotely addressed at all.

Bonnie was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would have no problem making a reservation with her on our next trip. I would recommend her to my friends.

Good, knowledgeable service!
