AlaskaCruises.comReviews of alaskacruises.com

Was an easy site to use. It gives you all information you need plus some. Received a follow up call after visiting site. The gentleman was for nice when we spoke. Only thing i would change is the online chat icon. It kept popping up asking if I wanted to chat with someone. After you say no, it should stop doing that.

After booking the trip, I have received two emails. One asking to book airfare and one offering trip insurance. Nothing regarding the trip. So where is the information regarding the trip itself?

When I talked with the agent, she did not divulge that I was actually working with a travel company. I thought I was talking directly to someone at Uncruise. She gave ma a quote for travel insurance that was actually half the actual cost. Otherwise she has been very helpful.

Too much unnecessary information given, made booking confusing and too long.

Everybody I talked to were very helpful.

Sweet site- booking was easy and looking forward to taking a trip next year...

I have been checking online for a good deal on Alaska cruisetours. I got quotes from several agents. However, Sherief was easy to talk and took good care of me. We are looking forward for our trip. We want do business with her again for our future cruises.

This is a good service! I wish I had set specific details in writing sooner. I am a planner. :)
