This is my first time in attempting to take a cruise. Jeanne, my cruise agent was very nice and helpful. She made my experience wonderful and I felt comfortable with her. I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to maybe deal with her in the future.

BEWARE THE FINE PRINT. The travel consultant was helpful and accommodating in answering questions about the cruise and booking it for us. However we had to cancel the cruise and only then were we told that although the deposit we had paid was fully refundable by the cruise line, Alaska Cruises would charge an admin fee of USD50 per head to organise the refund. Part of this fee was ultimately waived, although we are still disappointed as had we been advised of the fee prior to booking we may have chosen to book through another agency or directly with the cruiseline. We were advised that the fee was included on the website, however we did not book through the website and only ever dealt with the consultant via email.
