Really good and congenial, personal service when booking. After booking, not as good a response to phone calls.

Our cruise contact was Jeanne Ryan. From start to finish she was always on top of the entire process. When emailed questions she was always prompt in answering them. Phone conversations were always helpful and informative. She made all cruise and flight reservations to our convenience. I would not hesitate and using her again.

The help I got and are still getting from Montana is over the top !! She responds in nano seconds to my email questions. Give her a raise !!

Rebecca was amazing! such fast responses and very helpful.

Andrea Singer has been very helpful and informative.

This is my first time booking a cruise with a company I didn't know so I did my checks. But I must say the Advisor I spoke to when I rung was so wonderful she put me at ease. Answer all the question I was dubious about and kept me inform with email and phone call correspondence. So thank you Janetlynne for being so helpful , your a star.

Excellent!!! Thank you! Aron, Rita.

Seemed very trustworthy and honest. Answered all my questions i had at this time. Told me to call back if i had any more questions. Best price i could find.
