Lost over $380+ for cancelling a cruise within 2 days of booking. This is a rip off! Filing a complaint with BBB and RipOffReport.com. No reason to withhold deposit. Had to.cancel due to evcessive room costs and trouble arranging transportation. Cruise, $4000+. Air fare over $1000+. And over $750+ for 2 rooms for 1 night each! Too much for only 7 days!

Pedí un par de presupuestos por la web y en breve se puso un agente de la compañía en contacto vía e-mail. Los presupuestos muy claros y detallados e incluso le facilité un teléfono y me explicó todo muy bien. Además todo en español. Al final hemos contratado el crucero desde España, con la facilidad de que pagas un depósito y más adelante se paga el resto. Te envían comprobantes, facturas, etc. Ahora sólo nos queda probar a ver qué tal el barco y sus servicios.

I am from Delhi(INDIA) and wanted to visit Alaska for the first time with family and friends.We were promptly attended by Robin Sherin and her team with their friendly guidance & advises.They helped us in booking of our Cruise by providing various options and choices.We raised so many quarries through emails which were promptly replied.This company is truly a customer friendly. Now we await for our upcoming Cruise by Princess in August 2018.

I can’t comment on the trip as I haven’t travelled yet, but the service Ian gave, even though I’m half way around the world from where he’s based, was excellent. Can I recommend the company? On the booking side and arranging - a definite yes and 5 🌟, on the cruise - ask me in 3 months when I’ve been!
