Helpful; easy to work with

The customer service people were very helpful and honest. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me something more than I wanted!

We are repeat clients of Maggie! She made certain our first experience with Holland America several years ago was the best, and we were delighted that she was able to help us again. (I kept her extension number!) Maggie is very patient and extremely knowledgable about the ships, sites, and experiences that make for a wonderful trip. Thanks, Maggie!

Great prices! Easy booking!

everyone has been so helpful.

Great customer service, Ian has been very helpful! Great cruise price & package.

I had a very good visit with you yesterday and the help from Andrea was top rate. I appreciate all the help she and Holland America gave me. I feel better about the reservations and the information received on the trip. Thanks for all the help. Sorry for the bad review.

My travel representative, Janice, was very pleasant and easy to work with. The process was very easy. We are looking forward to our Alaskan cruise!
