Although I never had an alarm where I…
Although I never had an alarm where they had to call the police, they seem to be monitoring fine, and I have received some calls for some items like low battery. They loose one star because there is no online way to put your system in test, or any online way to see any status from your system. You have to call on the phone to do these things, which is a pain. Almost all other companies I have seen at least let you go online to see your your account, but not with Alarm Relay.

Fair prices and great service
Fair prices and great service. Never a problem and I really enjoy the app! I can turn the alarm on and off from my phone. I see everytime someone comes and goes.

Although I’m very happy with the cost
Although I’m very happy with the cost, I’m not as happy about the service. There were a few times our alarm went off and we did not receive a phone call from the company. Fortunately, none were emergency situations, but what if they were? It’s rather concerning and disappointing for an alarm company.

Hello MJ Ree! Thank you for your feedback. Although low cost is important to us, we don't let this drive down our service quality. There are some cases where an alarm system isn't communicating with the central station even during an alarm for a variety of reasons. We'd like an opportunity to make this right.
