excellent response time when my alarm goes off i get phone call instant and email too and i have a fire sensor every time i cook and burn something gets smokey in the house and the alarm goes off and they call me immediately and great value ALARM RELAY 5 *****

Very helpful and professional customer and technical service personnel! It wasn't easy to convert our previous ADT installed system to work with Alarm Relay, but everything since has been awesome! We LOVE using the Honeywell Total Connect 2.0 app on our smartphones and that monthly monitoring cost is a fraction of what we were paying with ADT! It is easy to set up additional persons (cleaning person, pet sitter) on the smartphone app so they can access our home when we are not there. Seeing our home access activity in real-time notifications and in the history section within the app gives us peace of mind when we are away from home. My husband and I highly recommend Alarm Relay!
