I was paying three times as much with my previous alarm company with hardly any correspondence. Not only is Alarm Relay less expensive, but they keep me informed at all times by text and email--when my alarm is set and unset and when there is a disconnect and connection again. Their customer service and technical department are always responsive whenever I call with questions. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used Alarm Relay for about 10 years. Once in a while we accidently set the alarm off. The call ususally comes into the house in less than a minute to check to see if we are OK or to make sure we answer and tell them the code. If not then we have them contact us on our cell phone and then call the police. You can setup your own alarm response with them. We had an alarm malfunction and they worked with us to make sure we did not get any false alarms, which in our City can cause fines. They are always friendly and helpful. I feel that if I have a question it is their pleasure to help me. The best Alarm Company I know and the fee is a bargain. Other companies have long contracts.
