I had another service provider for three years prior to signing up with Alarm Relay. I never heard from my first alarm call center except when they wanted to upgrade my equipment and extend my contract. I have received three calls from Alarm Relay already and they were non emergency type calls like "we're getting a low battery signal... ", calls they really didn't have to make, and yet they did. It goes a long way in helping one sleep better at night when you feel like you have a "relationship" with the call center and they are really watching out for you!

Most notifications are lacking understandable status. Some notifications are delayed. All actual calls have been relevant and timely.

I have been using Alarm Relay for 2 years. They have been prompt in calling me whenever there is any issue. Fortunately, there has been no burglary attempt on our property yet. But they have called us if their system detected that our phone line was out, power was lost or we tripped alarm falsely. They have responded to phone call promptly always.

Provided 2 stars for good monitoring and response. Not happy with the price, turned out to be far more expensive than ADT and misleading contract terms with respective to annual commitment. Paid lot of money during installation. Discontinued service as soon as I completed my paid annual subscription. I would not recommend them unless maybe you only need to enable monitoring with them.
