Did not like working with this company
Did not like working with this company. Canceled contract less than a year into service with them. Not easy to work with and alarm techs could not get my system to work with my VOIP. Refused to refund the rest of my money based on balance of unused contract.

I have 4 services with them
I have 4 services with them, including and attached medical alarm for my Elderly Father, when an alarm goes off we are contacted almost instantaneously. They are also patient and helpful in DIY installations. Use them, no questions asked.

I've been using Alarm Relay for over 8…
I've been using Alarm Relay for over 8 years and they are definitely great on cost. Especially great if you already have the equipment already installed and you want to transition from the hefty cost of providers like ADT. They also have great service, they will help via phone with many technical issues that you have with your system or refer you to a local contact if necessary. Down side if you need to install a system.
